The Marratech Manager now offers the ability for clients
connecting to it to be distributed, updated and launched
via a technology called Java Web Start, which Marratech
calls MeetNow!

Login to the administrator interface

Follow
the Advanced link
-
Select your CTRL@Central button
under the Control Unit header

Press the Configure Java Web Start button
under the Java Web Start header.

Check the Enable Java Web Start box.
- Check the Enable Automatic Update, if you want your users
to get automatic software updates.
- Press Apply.
This procedure enables MeetNow! on all the meeting rooms
found on your Marratech Manager. The software is automatically
fetched from Marratech's MeetNow server.
