This could be the result of an overloaded
network or computer. An easy way to determine if this
is the problem is to ask everybody to stop sending video.
In your Options (Preferences on the Mac) be sure that
you and the other participants have properly set the
Network Connection setting. This helps the client in
avoiding any overload of your uplink.
